About Sarah

Personal Information:

I live with my husband, son, and canine son near the shores of Lake Superior.
I hike, journal, ski, snow shoe, and romp with my dog.
I love to read, write, dance, and snuggle up before a fire.
My dog, Strider, is my very best friend. He and I are certified pet therapy partners through the Delta Society.
I completed Grandma's Marathon in 1999. It took me over 5 hours!
I believe in recycling, buying green, organic food, and conscious consumption.
I was adopted at 9 months of age from Seoul, South Korea.
I love to read out loud: my writing, favorite quotes, and stories to children.

Professional Information

Credentials include: B.A. in Business Administration, ACC from the ICF, CPCC from CTI.
I also work as an independent auditor for FSC ( Forest Stewardship Council ) chain of custody certified wood products.
I have worked in retail and the fast casual food industry. I have tutored.
I volunteer with the Laura Whitworth Prison Project to create curriculum and programming for prisoners.

Join Sarah at the Joy Center in Ishpeming, MI for the release of her first book, Coming Clean: My Letter-Writing Journey. She will have books available for purchase $21.20 with tax. She will sign and read from her book. She will also share her story gem and have information available about her letter-writing process workshops. The evening will include a drawing for a complimentary workshop and a special gift for those attending.

Journey Coaching includes 2 options, a road trip (3-months) or an expedition (6 months).

Journey Workshops are group experiences, either live or via the telephone and email.
